Can my organization apply for a grant from the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation and to the Legacy Funds available at the Community Foundations for Greater Buffalo/Southeast Michigan/Greater Rochester?

Yes, the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation Legacy Funds were established at the local community foundations as an endowment to honor the lifetime interests of Mr. Wilson in perpetuity. The grants made from these funds are distinct from the grants made directly by the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation. In most cases, the Legacy Fund grants will support localized projects for which a small grant can make all the difference or it may also provide an opportunity to test out ideas and programs on a smaller, pilot level.

The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation aims to support larger initiatives with broad impact and reach with its grantmaking.
