Lindsay Swisher

Program Associate

Lindsay Swisher joined the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation’s program team in 2026 as a Program Associate. In this role, she supports the Foundation’s grantmaking across multiple areas, with particular emphasis on Nonprofit Support and Innovation, Youth Sports and Recreation, and Afterschool.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Lindsay worked at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where she supported U.S. foreign assistance policies in East African countries. She also has numerous years of experience at USAID managing multi-million dollar federal grant programs, particularly those focused on global health. Lindsay brings direct experience supporting youth and community-led initiatives in both domestic and international settings. Throughout her career, she has maintained a focus on social impact and mission-driven work.

A native Michigander, Lindsay is also a proud graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and International Business. She also holds a Masters Degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University. In her free time, Lindsay loves to bake, go on long urban walks, and travel as much of the world as possible.
