This report is the result of a three-month rapid discovery process from Victor & Company to better understand Western New York’s (WNY) entrepreneurial ecosystem. Through interviews with regional stakeholders and a review of the existing literature, Victor & Company present findings on the ecosystem’s strengths, challenges, and future opportunities, as the authors offer strategies to support and enhance the ecosystem.
